Take out Aloo curry in a bowl. Garnish with green coriander(to garnish the curry Doing this makes the curry look very tempting). Serve hot Aloo curry with parantha, chapati. I made this with pressure cooker, but you can easily make it in a sauce pan. This taste great with poori or bhatura.
