- Take 2 pcs zucchini
- Get Half slice fish block
- Take Ginger, garlic, shallots
- Get Oyster sauce
Caramelized onions, garlic, tender yet Crispy Zucchinis tossed with Soy and Oyster sauce. Then there is toasted sesame seeds and sesame oil to finish up the dish. Sliced zucchini (or a combination of zucchini and squash) stir fried in a quick garlic ginger soy sauce with onions and a pinch of red pepper flakes, it's quick to make and obsessively good to eat. We added chicken (I have pro-tips below for making the meat super tender), though you can just as easily cook this zucchini stir fry with shrimp.
Steps to make Stir fry Zucchini:
- Wash properly zucchine and slice into cubes. Wash fish block and cut into cubes too
- Pan fry fish block then set aside
- In a hot pan add oil then saute ginger shallot and garlic. Add in zucchini stir fry then cover until half done. When ready put in fish block. Season with oyster sauce. Cover until gourd is cook. Remove cover and add flour diluted with water to thicken the sauce. Simmer a little then serve
