Heat a wok or large frying pan (not nonstick) over medium-high heat until hot when you wave your hand over the bottom. Bok choy stir-fry with garlic and ginger.   7. Once bok choy is wilted add walnuts
  8. Add salt and hot sauce, acid if using. Stir constantly until done, 3 minutes
