Hello, I am back with another recipe but this time it is not a main dish rather chutney that can be used with variety of dishes. It is made with raw mangoes and is known as Launji. Now it is mango season, both raw and ripe mangoes are easily available now. Here is another delicious addition to it.

Instructions to make Raw mango chutney:
  1. In a pan take a tsp of oil. Add urrad dal+ Channa dal+cumin seeds+coriander seeds+methi seeds+red chilli+hing.Sauté for a awhile until it turns aromatic
  2. Now in a mixer jar add roasted gram + raw grated mango + step 1 ingredients and grind smooth without adding water.
  3. Now in a pan take a tsp oil + mustard seeds + urrad dal + curry leaves. Once it splutters transfer blended mixture from step 2. Add salt + jaggery + pinch turmeric and mix well. Serve this with idli/dosa/rice.
