- place the dough into a large bowl that has been greased, flip the dough over once so that the top side is greased also
- cover loosely and let rise until doubled approximately 2 hours
- once the dough is ready follow the next steps
- preheat oven to 400°F Fahrenheit
- mix together 2 tablespoons melted butter to tablespoons light corn syrup and 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- spread the mixture in the bottom of a 10 inch greased tube pan
- sprinkle the raisins and cherries on top of the mixture
- roll the dough into 48 equally sized balls
- roll each ball in melted butter and then in cinnamon and sugar mixture
- arrange the dough balls in layers around the pan: let it rise briefly, until doubled.
- bake at 400°F in oven for 35 minutes
