  4. When milk curdled completely drain it on muslin cloth.
  5. Rinse the chenna under the running water.
  6. Tie the cloth and hang it for atleast 2 hours.
  7. Knead the chenna to make it soft dough for 3 to 5 minutes.
  8. Make small balls from it.
  9. Add sugar and water to a wide pan. Stir it and bring it to boil.
  10. Then add balls to it. And close the lid immediately. Cook on medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes or till the balls will be double in size.
  11. Serve chilled.
