- Take 1 kg creamy milk
- Prepare 2 lemon juice

- Take a pan and put 2 glass of water. Add sugar and saffron. After 5 min add balls and cover with lid.
- For 3 min gas should be high flame. Then slow the flame and cook for 7 to 8 min.
- Rasgulla will be ready. Wait till it become cool. Serve it a bowl.
