- In a sauce pan add sugar as per your taste and add water.. Let the sugar dissolve.. Add 2 cardamon
- Make the small balls of dough
- Sugar syurp starts to boil add the balls one by one.. Flame should me in high… Close with lid
- After 5 min u can see the size of balls increase..cook it for 15 mins…. Check in between whether the sugar syurp is enough or not…
- Ready to serve spongy Rasgulla.. Serve it hot or u can keep it refrigerator and serve cool
