- Boil it till the sugar dissolves.Keep the flame low.
- Then knead the cottage cheese and 1spn maida or rava with the help of palm.Dont press too hard.
- A soft malai dough should come out from the mixture.
- Make lemon size balls from the dough.You will be able to get 8-9 small balls.
- Now drop the balls in sugar syrup and make the flame high.
- Cover it and leave it to boil for 10-15 mins.After 6-7 minuts add some lukewarm water to keep the syrup consistency thin.
- After 15 minutes the balls will become double in size.Then it's ready to serve.
- Serve it hot or you can keep it in freeze to taste them chilled.
