  3. Now mesh the paneer and make a smooth dough and make 9-10 small balls
  4. Now take a deep and wide pan and make sugar syrup. Pour the water and sugar and add cardamom too and boil it till the rolling consistency.
  5. Once it comes put the balls into it and cover with lid and boil for 9-10 min. After 5.min roll it once smoothly and gently.
  6. Don't uncover it for long time.
  7. Cover the lid and turn off the stove and don't remove the lid till it comes to normal temp
  8. Once it comes remove the lid, put it fridge and serve chill
