  2. Smach the cheena with 1tsp maida(all purpose flour). Make it smooth dough. Make small balls from it.
  3. Take a container add sugar with water. Bring it to a boil.
  4. Put the cheena balls into the boiling sugar water. Put it on high flame for 25 minutes. Add saffron strands into the sugar syrup. Allow it to cool down completely. Our delicious rasogolla is ready.
