- Prepare 3/4 cup sour cream

- combine, meat , onion, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, egg, and milk in a bowl and mix by hand.
- shape into meatballs the size of walnuts.
- brown in skillet with oil. place meatballs as they get done in slow cooker. once they are all in cook for 30 minutes covered, on high. it just gets the crock pot hot.
- in drippings from frying meatballs add salt, the other 1/2 the onion, pepper, broth & paprika. add broth and sour cream.
- pour over meatballs.
- cover and cook on low for 5 hrs.
- can be served over butter noodles that are seasoned with salt, pepper, & garlic powder.
- **** if I use store bought meat balls. I put in a Rubbermaid container and sprinkle with pepper, garlic powder, and worstershire sauce. I put fresh minced onion on the meatballs… mix by hand and cover overnight.. I generally do my prep in the evening.
