- In a mixi jar add red chilli powder salt &roasted peanuts &crush them (don't make powder form)
- Switch on gas heat oil / ghee (with ghee tests more) spread oil all over pan then sago not be a sticky.
- First we add sago in hot oil mix well then add crush mixture
- Mix well. On a medium flame mix all well then cover pan for 2-3 min.
- After 2-3 min remove cover add boiled potato (peel & cut in cubs)
- Mix well switch off the gas.
- Your tasty sago ready to eat. Eat with cool cool curd.
