  2. Blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies and tomatoes into fine paste. Added it to the marinated chicken. Add red chilly powder, chicken biryani masala and 3 tsp of oil n keep this aside
  3. Heat oil and fry the onions till they are golden brown. Add some fried onions to the marination
  4. Take a bowl. Added 2 tsp oil n heat it. Add all garam masala. As soon as they crackle add 2 bowls of water. Add half lemon juice and some salt. Once the water boils add rice. Just cook the rice till they half cook. Once it is half cooked drain the water through the strainer.
  5. Put some portion of the rice on the marinated chicken. Add some fried onions and put another layer of rice. Put the remaining fried onions. Add 3 tsp of oil. Mix the edible color with one drop of water and add it to the rice. Cover this with tight lid
  6. Place the vessel on burner and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame and 15 minutes on low flame.
  7. Yummy Biryani is ready.
