  17. Prepare 400 g spaghetti
  18. Take 2 L water to boil (depending on the portion size of pasta)

  4. Add minced meat to the pot and fry until thoroughly cooked.
  5. Add the tomato paste and mushrooms together and mix together.
  6. Add the tomato sauce mixture and stir everything together and leave to simmer at low heat
  7. Add the beefstock, spices and *wine to the mixture and let it simmer with the lid o for about 10 minutes on low heat.
  8. Drain the pasta from the pot and rinse off. Add back in the pot/ serving dish.
  9. Switch off the heat and add the cream. Stir together and let it rest for about two minutes or so.(*do not boil)
  10. Prepare the "garnish" and add on spaghetti as preferred. Enjoy
