  5. Coat meat with the vinegar mixture, rubbing into the meat.
  6. Sprinkle top with the Montreal Steak seasoning.
  7. Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes per pound, basting every 10-15 min.
  8. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
