Steps to make Cinnamon Rolls:

  2. Warm milk, add yeast. Stir and allow to bloom.(begins to look foamy or blob growing on top of milk….about 25-30 minutes

  7. Sprinkle with cinnamon mixture. In this batch, I added blueberry preserves instead.
  8. Roll up dough as if rolling a cigar. If dough feels soft… add to freezer just until firm.
  9. Cut the thickness desired and place in greased pan.
  10. Cover again and allow to double in size/rise in warm area.
