  7. For sambhar : Boil tur dal with tomato and salt - Take kadai put oil, Rai Kari patta and chopped onion - Saute till golden brown add chopped vegetable, tomato and imli water - Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder and red chili powder let it boil - Add sambhar powder and boiled dal mix well after one boil add hing and partially cover it and let it boil for 10-15 minutes
