- Take 1/4 kgs onion and garlic

- Get 1 tbsp chill powder
- Take 1/8 kgs bellpepper

- Marinate squid using soy sauce and vinegar
- Sauté onion garlic and bellpepper
- Put the marinated squid
- Add the ground pepper brown sugar and chilli powder
- Let it simmer until the marinated sauce thicken
