- Boil broth with low medium, put gochujang
- Put soy sauce
- And also sugar
- Mix and wait until boiling
- Put inside you rice cookie, for rice cookie better you deep it inside hot water first. Boil 5-6 minutes with low medium fire.
- After that put inside your fish cookie (additional) boil 3 minutes.
- Put your cheese (additional)
- Onion leaf
- Put your sesame and boil eggs. Kansai desu… ittadakimasu
Even udon noodles works as well! So be creative, don't give up because you don't have all the ingredients! Easy to eat but hard to pronounce, the Tteokbokki is a traditional Korean dish that is essentially rice cakes soaked in savoury spicy sauce. This hassle-free dish is made in three steps -chop up the fish cake and spring onions, boil your sauce and simmer with rice cakes and fish cakes.
