- Oil a 12" flat pan lightly low flame or at 4 on your stove top.
- For breading: Crush a pack of crackers finely in a bag. Dump in bowl and mix in a few pinches of garlic and black pepper.
- Egg wash: In a small bowl mix 2 eggs and a cup of milk
- Place tenders in the breading first then egg wash then back into the breading. This will keep the breading from falling off
- Once breaded place into hot oiled pan and let them cook about 5 to 10 minutes on each side. Then your done :)
