  6. Now take another pan put some butter and add red chilli powder and kasuri methi and stire it and add this tadka to the dal and cook for 3-4 minutes and then switch off the flame
  7. Now Dal Makhani is ready
  8. Now put some butter and cream and serve it with naan or paratha
