  4. Now in the tadka add the masala mixture prepared and cook for 3-5 mins. Now add 1/2 cup cream/ malai and stir nicely.
  5. After 45-50 mins check the cooked pulse and add into the tadka now mix really well and let it boil for 5-7 mins. - And your DAL MAKHNI is ready to serve. - #Dal
