- Tempting 1:- heat ghee in a pan add degi mirch and puree. Cook it for 6-7 minutes. Add this to the dal. Again cook it for 45 minutes. U can add water if needed.
- After 30 minutes add 30 gm of butter.
- Again after 45 minutes add remaining butter.
- Tampring 2:- heat ghee in pan add ginger Julian, degi mirch and kasuri methi and immediately add 1 tsp water to prevent the colour of degi mirch.
- Add this tampering to dal. After 5 minutes add malai and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Ur authentic dal makhani is ready to serve with Naan/Roti.
