  1. Steam cauliflower mash and mix with parsley and onions , salt and pepper
  2. Add eggs , bread crumbs and 2 tbs of flour mix
  3. Add Parmesan cheese
  4. Set oven 370 F In a baking sheet , place parchment paper , Make a dough , if is too soft add more flour and give burger shape , place them in baking sheet.
  5. Bake them about 20 minutes, take them out of oven and turn them over, bake the other side 20 minutes too. Until brownish color. Turn off the oven .
  6. They are ready to eat.
