- In a sauce pan, Melt butter at a medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of low carb flour and mix well. Slowly pour in cream and stir until bubbly and thick. Turn heat to low. Add cheese stirring constantly. Add a dash or two of Worcestershire sauce stirring constantly. Once your cheese is melted pour over broccoli and cauliflower. (Optional) Don't be afraid to try your favorite cheese!
- Cover and Place in oven for 20 mins. Uncover for the last 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and slightly toasted.
