  6. Turn up the kitchen paper and squeeze as much as possible. Try and get all the liquid out. Sterilise the bottle again
  7. Put the sugar and water into the limoncello.
  8. Pour the entire lot into the bottle. Safely put the lid on. Shake and leave in fridge for MINIMUM of 1 month. Shake every day. Don't be tempted to try it before! Make it now and enjoy it when the good weather comes :)
