- Take 1 onion (chopped)

- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Boil water and add a little bit of oil to prevent pasta from sticking. Boil and strain into baking dish.
- Melt butter / oil in a pan. Chop onion and garlic and fry until golden brown and soft
- Fry the bacon until brown and crispy.
- Chop the mushrooms and fry until soft.
- Heat 1 can of tomato relish / sauce. Pour over pasta.
- Pour the ricotta cheese into the pan and heat (do not boil). Add baby spinach to the cheese and mix together.
- Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 15min (just until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
