The ingredients needed to make Fried rice:
  1. Take Cooked cold rice (I cooked 4 cups)
  2. Get 2 shallots
  3. Take 2 carrots (cut into small pieces)

  5. Make ready 250 g Prawn (pre cooked)
  6. Make ready 400 g beef diced into small bite size (pre cooked)
  7. Take 1/4 cup oil
  8. Prepare to taste Salt

  10. Get 1/4 cup light soya sauce
  11. Take 1/2 tsp Chinese season salt
  12. Get 3 Tbsp fried rice paste
  13. Get Seasoning Meat
  14. Take 1 tsp Garlic powder,
  15. Make ready 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  16. Take 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  17. Get 1/2 Maggie cube or sauce (optional) set aside
  18. Prepare 1 tbsp Oyster sauce

  4. Add all the vegetables and cook for 1 minutes, add the rice and keep stirring making sure the rice is well in cooperated with the sauce.
  5. Season to taste with salt, black pepper and a little bit of light soy sauce (at your own discretion)
  6. All done, enjoy with a side salad.
