- After one hour in a pan add ghee and keep the chicken on ghee sprinkle some tandoori masala over it cover it with lid and let chicken gets roast on medium flame for 15 minutes
- Now turn the chicken on other side let it also cook for 15 minutes.. Now as the chicken gers cook completely… In a same pan.. Place bowl with coal in centre of pan.. And put some hot ghee on that coal and cover pan with lid lfor 5 to 7 minutes let it get some roasted smoky flavour
- Now the chicken is ready serve it and enjoy☺️
