The term murgh meaning chicken and tandoor is a clay oven. So this dish is all about marinating and grilling chicken in a tandoor. Top it with sliced onion and tomato followed by ketchup / mayo or tzatziki sauce. Wrap up the lower portion of the roll using an aluminium foil, paper towel or wax paper to hold it together.

  1. In pan add ginger garlic paste,salt
  2. Cumin, red chilli powder
  3. Black pepper,coriander powder
  4. Lemon juice,yogurt
  5. Mix it well
  6. Add boneless chicken mix well and marinated for 30 minutes
  7. Then add oil and cook marinated chicken until 20 minutes
  8. Let it cool and chop into small pieces and set aside
  9. In grinder add fresh mint, fresh coriander
  10. Green chilli and yogurt 1 pinch salt and blend until well combined
  11. And set aside
  12. Chopped green chilli onion and tomato
  13. In plate add egg,red chilli powder and salt and whisk well
  14. Cut the edge of bread slice
  15. And combine the 2 slices edges
  16. Apply prepared the yogurt sauce,cooked chicken pieces
  17. Chopped tomato,onion,green chilli
  18. And roll up and makes 7 to 8
  19. I make some single slice and some double slices
  20. Dip bread roll ups into beaten eggs then coat in bread crumbs
  21. In pan heat cooking oil and fry bread rolls up until golden brown
