- Prepare Bread crumbs as u required
The term murgh meaning chicken and tandoor is a clay oven. So this dish is all about marinating and grilling chicken in a tandoor. Top it with sliced onion and tomato followed by ketchup / mayo or tzatziki sauce. Wrap up the lower portion of the roll using an aluminium foil, paper towel or wax paper to hold it together.

- In pan add ginger garlic paste,salt
- Cumin, red chilli powder
- Black pepper,coriander powder
- Lemon juice,yogurt
- Mix it well
- Add boneless chicken mix well and marinated for 30 minutes
- Then add oil and cook marinated chicken until 20 minutes
- Let it cool and chop into small pieces and set aside
- In grinder add fresh mint, fresh coriander
- Green chilli and yogurt 1 pinch salt and blend until well combined
- And set aside
- Chopped green chilli onion and tomato
- In plate add egg,red chilli powder and salt and whisk well
- Cut the edge of bread slice
- And combine the 2 slices edges
- Apply prepared the yogurt sauce,cooked chicken pieces
- Chopped tomato,onion,green chilli
- And roll up and makes 7 to 8
- I make some single slice and some double slices
- Dip bread roll ups into beaten eggs then coat in bread crumbs
- In pan heat cooking oil and fry bread rolls up until golden brown
