  1. Marinate pieces of mushrooms,tomato, capsicum and onion in hung curd,salt,kasoori maithi,ginger garlic paste,red chilli pdr,garam masala,lemon juice and 1 tsp oil.
  2. Keep it for 1/2 an hour.
  3. Take skewers.Skew onion, capsicums mushrooms then onion.Repeat the process once again.
  4. Prepare all skewers like this.
  5. Heat non stick flat tawa.Sprinkle good amount of oil on it.
  6. Shallow fry all shashlik till they get brown in colour.
  7. Transfer them on serving plate.Sprinkle chat masala on them and serve.
